The service courtyard at the side of the Villa was once essential to avoid interfering with the passage of guests into the main courtyard. In the palace wings that delimit them are composition motifs that were borrowed from the main building of the palace, in particular, the typically classic, rounded arches above the rectangular windows, arranged evenly along the whole perimeter.

Unfortunately, around 1993 the interiors of the west wing burned down and were completely lost. It now houses several municipal offices, one of which is an information office that offers information and advice for drafting a curriculum vitae; the evaluation of skills for entering the working world; services concerning ethical and sensible or eco-compatible tourism; information and advice for training courses present in the territory and other territorial services; volunteer work opportunities; guidance for young people in the choice of secondary schools; and tools of communication and consultancy for European mobility. The place is open to the participation of the youth through the associations, Desio Youth Hub which includes a radio, “workshops of creativity” which nurture the organization of events in collaboration with young and local artists, “Fuori dal guscio/Out of the Shell,” and the complex project, “Parco delle culture/Culture Park,” for the development of the territory. New architectural projects have always been interested in the development of this villa, strongly linked to a specific area of the original aristocratic complex, such as the attractive antique chapel.
