The trail we suggest explores the stretch of the Villoresi Canal that crosses the Groane Park. Leaving from the Bollate Nord train station, where you can find a bicycle hire point, you will cross interesting sweeps of Lombard countryside, woods and historic villages, until you arrive in the small city of Desio where you can easily take a train back to the city.
