The wing that is lower than the central body on the eastern side of the villa is laid out in the form of a smaller rectangular courtyard, exactly like the one on the western side. The succession of arched windows, within which the round ed arch cornices alternated with pilasters with simple friezes on one of its long sides, ensures a continuous view between this wing and the front of the Villa. On the other sides, two floors of windows follow in succession at regular points: the lower ones are rectangular and on the higher level are square.

\nBetween the 18th and 19th centuries, the rooms of this wing were occupied by greenhouses for the cultivation of citrus fruits, pineapple and exotic fruits, served by a sophisticated heating system and rooms typically set according to neoclassic design: though hidden from the sight of illustrious guests, the extensive area was dedicated to kitchens, storehouses, stables, and rooms of the workers who ensured the smooth running of the entire complex. Today this wing hosts the municipal Library, recently renovated in its structure and furnishing as part of the city\u2019s Cultural Park Project. Its rooms host a hall called \u2018So-stare\u2019 and in the multimedia section one may consult or borrow the volumes on the Brianza Libraries circle and the organisation of cultural events, and read daily newspapers and magazines.
